先週の高校生向けトレーニングを終え、その評価をしなければならない。
５日間の研修における受講態度や理解度・総評だけでなく、生徒の性格まで記さないといけない。簡単な成績表を書いて、高校に送付した時点で任務完了となる。５日間、計４０時間生徒達を向き合っていたため、理解度が良い生徒／リーダ的存在の生徒／あまり言うことを聞かない自分勝手な生徒／分からないのに質問しない生徒、など把握できたつもりである。
でも、実際に評価表（成績表）を書くとなると、なかなか筆が進まない。
ちなみに、高校から依頼された評価項目は以下の通り。
全部で２０項目。
【Work Attitudes】
●Attends to clientele/inquirees promptly and in a friendly manner.
●Observes good grooming when reporting to work.
●Prepares and enthusiastic for work.
●Shows respect and courtesy to authority.
●Adapts easily to the establishment's system.
●Possesses a cheerful disposition and positive outlook.
●Wears prescribed uniform/appropriate attire at all times.
●Fluent in English/Tagalog and/or Cebuano.
●Handles unforeseen and unexpected/unpleasant situations well and with dignity.
●Maintains good working relations with others.
【Work Behavior/Performance】
●Observes good attendance and punctuality.
●Submits required documents and accomplish tasks promptly.
●Hardworking.
●Grasps instructions easily.
●Handles materials with care.
●Keeps everything neatly organized.
●Shows sufficient skills and ability to assigned tasks.
●Has presence of mind.
●Can express and communicate thoughts clearly.
●Can contribute some knowledge, strategies, skills for the company's betterment.
これは、かなり稼働のかかる作業。
結局、人数分の評価表を仕上げるのに一日もかかってしまった。
